I grew up with movies like Speed and Con Air in the mid-to-late 1990s, and those really made me discover my love for non-stop on-screen mayhem. I also quickly embraced the unadulterated classics from the 1980s, and find it difficult to appreciate the contemporary CGI-laden, and somehow sterile representatives of the genre. After spending countless hours of my life consuming movies, I decided that just watching is not enough and so I started to write about them.
